CA N.Jayanthi Devaraj has specialized in taxation, corporate law, compliance with Company Law Board rules and regulations, IFRS implementation, business valuation, banking and audit of trusts/NGOs in her 24 years of practice as a Chartered Accountant.

Stalin Babu .S is specialised in Corporate accounting, Tax Planning, Financial management, ROC and other statutory matters. He holds 7+ years of experience in this area. He is specialised in setting up of accounting policies and practices according to the nature of the business and co relating with the statutory compliances. His industrial experience includes educational, real estate, import and export, financial and manufacturing.
